Mechanical engineering led me to digital design.
I chose mechanical engineering because I was drawn to how things are built — the logic, the structure, the problem behind every physical object. But in my final year I started building WordPress websites on the side. That small experiment changed everything. By graduation, I knew I wasn't going back.
3 years freelancing taught me to think like an owner.
25+ projects handled alone from brief to launch. Research, wireframes, development, handoff — every part of it. Before joining TECHVED I completed the Google UX Design Certificate to formalise what I'd been learning by doing. Then came large-scale work in insurance platforms, AI assistants, and banking products.
I made science make sense. Now I do it with products.
During my freelance years I ran 20+ science workshops across schools in Bengaluru — because students were learning science without ever seeing it work. I identified the problem, stripped it down, and built a solution from scratch. That's exactly how I approach design.

The day I said AI is coming.
I didn't wait to be asked.
In May 2024, I presented at TECHVED's internal Ved Talk series on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in UX/UI Design.
Most design teams were still figuring out whether AI was even relevant. I'd already been using it — building custom GPTs, integrating AI tools into daily decisions, asking questions most designers weren't asking yet.
I was the first designer at TECHVED to formally present on AI adoption to an organisational audience.

I've always believed curiosity doesn't switch off at 6pm. Travelling keeps me sharp, observing how people move through unfamiliar spaces, how culture shapes behaviour, how the world solves problems differently.
Across 20+ destinations in India and beyond, I don't just experience these places. I capture them. Cities, temples, coastlines, strangers, sunsets. If it's worth experiencing, it's worth capturing.
